Smoothies can be an easy way of getting different nutients into your body at once. However, there are many different recipes that can be fine tuned to your fitness/weight loss goal.

Luckily for me I have a Nutribullet which makes smoothie making fast and easy.  has a great guide with pictures that has helped me throughout the semester when coming up with ideas while being informative with all the reasoning.
